Shadowridge - Member Safety Course
Member Safety Course: Be Prepared to Help Join us for a one-hour safety class designed to equip members with essential emergency response skills. Led by Paramedic/Firefighters Sean Garrahy and Cory Gallup, this session will cover the basics of CPR, the Heimlich maneuver, and the location and use of AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) throughout the property. You'll also learn what to do in the event of an emergency at the Club—ensuring you’re prepared to respond quickly and effectively. All members are encouraged to attend. Your knowledge could make all the difference! Meet in the Ridge Room, next to Sanders' Social House *No registration required
